Your holiday home will be one of two attached former farm properties, situated in a quiet hamlet in the middle of fields and meadows, in the heart of charming and tranquil countryside. It gives easy access to beaches and many other interesting spots, all via pleasant, uncrowded roads.
The house has been fully restored to offer comfort and family friendly accommodation.
BABYSITTER (French) available - Please ask us or the caretaker on arrival - booking necessary - 15€ an hr.
10 Adult bikes + 2 children's ( aged 8-12 yrs), and a Swing area with a ladder, hoops, and 2 swings.
FEATURES: Lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room, bathroom with basin and shower, separate toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 kingsize, 2 twin, and with 2 double sofa beds in lounge sleeping a FURTHER 4 PEOPLE ( 10 very friendly people ) and a cot and highchair available for a child.
POOL: In the rear garden is a private swimming pool for the use of guests. It has a lockable cover which meets French regulations and avoids the need for a separate fence (please see "Small Print" page).
The pool water is heated by the SUN ( not electricity ), so the cover should be kept closed when the pool is not in use, to keep the water temperature up - with the cover on the air and also the water is as hot as in a conservatory !! Water temperature is up to 33 deg in high summer.
Oil central heating, woodburner in kitchen, all fuel and power included in rent from MAY to end of September. Supplement of €70 (£60) per week for Central heating during OCTOBER to APRIL. FINAL CLEANING+CHANGEOVER - SEE BOOKING AND PAYMENT PAGE.
