2017 = Price DROP from Easter to July = £100 per WK, and 22/07/17 = £200 drop per WEEK !!!
2014 = 2 NEW WOODEN sunloungers + NEW COOKER + Farmhouse completely repainted outside WHITE, Lounge has newly painted white walls. Our 2014 prices reflect these new features.
2013= a new lounge ceiling, and a completely rebuilt NEW POOL, with new tile surrounds, and a lower ground pump to stop flooding.

Our swimming pool + cover has been running since May 2008, - VERY SUCCESSFULLY. NEW FOR 2009 - SWING AREA( 4 )

To secure your booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of the cost of your holiday is required. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the start date of the holiday.
A security deposit of £500 which is RETURNABLE at the end of your stay, subject to deduction for contribution to repair of any damage, or the requirement for extra cleaning by the caretaker preparing for the following visitors. Deductions will also be made for early arrival and late departure (see "Small Print").
This security deposit is required at the same time as the balance, in case of damage to the property or contents.
If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled. Every effort will be made to re-let the property, but your 25% deposit will be retained.
Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
You are strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc,( bike accidents etc) since these are not covered by our insurance.
We ask you to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and to leave it in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition at the end of your holiday. Although a final light clean by our caretaker is included in our prices, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the house is left in an unacceptable condition or breakages need replacing.
Cleaning/ CHANGEOVER fee EASTER = £200. AFTER EASTER TO END OF SEPTEMBER = £100. It covers only regular cleaning,
HEATING: Central heating=OCTOBER-APRIL=£60 / 70 Euros PER WEEK.
But if the house is left in an unacceptable condition, such as un-emptied fridges, dirty dishes, dustbins bags and empty bottles all around, confetti etc, will be charged up to £500.

First advertised in December 2006 (with another company), our Farmhouse / Bungalow has been assessed as 2 STARS- out of 3 stars (as no phone) by the local tourist board. There is a visitors book where you are welcome to put all the interesting events that you have enjoyed. We welcome constructive comments which will be helpful to other visitors and help us to improve your future stays at the Farmhouse. SORRY NO SMOKING OR PETS.
